Thanks for the love!

I have had so many people come up to me over the past week and say they read and loved my last blog post. I am blown away by all the love and support! Several people said they are inspired to make some changes in their lives and I hope they stick with them!!! I'll tell you, it's a great feeling to know your body is up to whatever challenge you throw at it!

I have to do a quick shoutout to my spin and strength class members this morning! We had a really fun workout! Specifically giving kudos to my special mama-to-be! 36 weeks pregnant and still killing it with me; I am seriously blown away by her every week! We covered some fun throwback topics this morning, but I think I am going to have to make next week a little more difficult since they were able to talk during my spin work!

I talked to my favorite nutrition coach this morning...and I am very excited about some upcoming opportunities for us! We both have a passion to share with people and I am really excited about the possibility of combining forces!

Want a fun workout for today??? Go like Shaun T on Facebook! He is awesome and likes to post free workouts! I was feeling crappy last week and thought about taking the day off and then Shaun T started a live 20 minute workout! I was like..."20 mins, come on, I can handle that!" Sure enough, I was dripping in sweat and feeling great by the time we were done!

Also, a quick catchup, for those of you who missed...I played my first frisbee hat-tournament with my husband Saturday! Everyone kept asking if I had fun... I felt bad, but I had to tell them "not really." It's not that I won't enjoy it, but I am still so new that I can't have fun yet. I know my fitness level could blow most people off the field, but I have a long road of practice and drills ahead of me before I can really be successful. When I can run circles around the other team, then I will be having a blast! I want to be a female Robbie! (Frisbee people will understand what I mean😁) Sorry, my competitiveness is coming out, but I think it is okay to have those feelings. If we were satisfied, we would never improve ourselves!

I hope everyone had an awesome Halloween weekend and was able to avoid all but a few treats!!! I had Skittles and they were amazing!

Flik wanted to give you guys some love too! Seriously, thanks guys and I can't wait to start working as a personal trainer so I can help even more of you! Keep up the hard work and healthy eating!
